- Jetabroad charges a service fee for refunds related to partial or complete cancellation
of a reservation
- Many airfares are non-refundable once purchased. A large majority of partially used
tickets are non-refundable
- In addition to Jetabroad's fee, if a ticket is partially or fully refundable, airlines
may charge a cancellation penalty of between 0% and 90% of the fare value of each
ticket*. Each airline has a specific cancellation policy specific to each airfare.

- Any change to a ticketed reservation requires Jetabroad to reissue or revalidate
the ticket
- Names provided for ticketing purposes must exactly match the first name and surname
as they appear on each traveller's passport. Name change policy varies from airline
to airline. Some airlines do not allow name changes at all – so please ensure the
names provided in your reservation match your passport details.

- Some Jetabroad customers prefer a paper ticket to an e-ticket. Some airlines may
apply a surcharge of up to $150 per ticket* for a paper ticket where an e-ticket
is available. Each airline has a different policy in this regard.

- Airlines generally levy a charge when a customer's reservation requires a ticket
to be issued at the point of departure. Each airline will have a different policy
– fees range from $50 per reservation to $150 per ticket*
- Not all tickets can be processed as e-tickets. Consequently, customers should ensure
they will be at the address provided during the booking process should the reservation
require paper ticketing. Paper tickets will be dispatched within 1 business day
of reservation by Express Post. Delivery to Australian addresses is generally within
2 business days after dispatch. Delivery to New Zealand and UK addresses is generally
within 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to other countries varies from 3
–10 business days.

- Jetabroad has designed a simple online booking process for international travel.
However, you can contact one of our experienced travel consultants if you require
off-line booking assistance. Where it is possible to book a reservation online,
Jetabroad levies an assisted booking fee for phone or email reservations. Where,
for whatever reason, it is not possible to book online, this fee is waived by Jetabroad.
